I made the move to the Gold Coast from New Zealand and was looking for a Property Management position.

I initially was introduced to Stephen by receiving his newsletters via email advising of the potential candidates in our area looking for employment. Over the years, I had gone through the motions of advertising on Seek.com, in the local paper, Facebook property management member pages and the like and I can honestly say that I have only ever found one staff member through these channels who is still employed by me today. The rest of it was basically a waste of time and brought me people who were the wrong fit for our agency.
