What to expect with Oyster People

The Process with us
As a boutique recruitment agency focused solely on the real estate industry, we understand the roles you are in and the roles you want to move into.
Within 10 hours of you approaching us for the first time, one of our highly-trained real estate recruitment consultants will call to speak with you. During this chat, we will aim to find out as much about you as we can – from the role you are in, to the role you want and everything in between, such as what salary you are after, what benefits you would like and any flexible arrangements you need.
We’ll then talk with you about with the positions that we believe are suitable (read our candidate reviews on our testimonial page and you will see that we are great at listening / matching). If you do choose to go ahead and submit your resume for review with our client, we’ll be with you every step of the way. We provide exceptional advice and guidance to our candidates (both in person and on our website) we also have an award-winning candidate care program that you can read more about below.
Giving you the best preparation
Thorough preparation will have a great impact on your chances of being offered the position you deserve. Our Candidate care program is based on over 10 years of research and we know how to look after you!
The Programme includes:
- Helping you to identify what you are looking for
- Interview advice
- Assisting you on how to write an eye-catching resume
- Advice on presentation, etiquette etc
- Help you to do proper research on who you are interviewing with
- Post care service – We call you after your first week to make sure you have settled in well and then touch base from time to time over the year
